From the Brush of Artist - I started created art as a form of therapy in a very dark and depressing time in my life and realized I was good at it and that I loved doing it.  It has always been what has literally saved my life more then once.

What compels me every single day to create is the "I NEED TO CREATE OR I WILL GO CRAZY AND PUNCH SOMEONE'S LIGHTS OUT" or something close to that.  It's as important as breathing and it usually has to have the momentum of being fresh and forward.  Everyday is new and fresh so every experience is new and fresh but too many people forget that and it is up to artist to help remind them of that even if they forget it because it is easy to.

I am manly done abstract because I like pushing the boundaries with the movement of color or even black and white but I keep getting drawn back to my hand drawings.  They are hand tracings in which I trace them in abstractly in colored pencil in the past but more recently in black ink.  I am actually going to start a whole new series which is a complete departure from anything I have ever done and am completely excited about.  Bursting at the seams excited!!

Believe in yourself and trust your intuition.
